Serial stack problems

Problem description

Dropped massive amounts of serial packets (was receiving bad crcs due to random bytes being injected into the stream)

Project status

problem resolved
completely resolved with the new core voltage (on my machines). Please report if you continue seeing this error.

Solution

Bump up core voltage to 0.95 volts as the minimum.
